During preproduction, we worked closely with the client on video strategy and techniques to support the humor—crafting a tight, whimsical 30-second story through expressive talent direction, lens selection, and smart framing choices. Because when the joke lands, so does the message.

NCSBN’s brand message is clear: life is full of moments, and when a critical one arrives, nurses are there with professionalism and compassion. We partnered with their in-house creative director to bring his vision to life—supporting the concept through thoughtful preproduction, a defined visual style, and a detailed schedule to beautifully capture every shot needed to tell the story.
The result: a 2-minute video, centered on their landing page, that reflects the heart of their brand: being there in the moments when care matters most.

We understand the sensitivity and care required when telling real stories. For this project, we share the experience of an elderly individual and their caregiver relying on a nutrition service and how it impacts their life. Working closely with the client, we helped shape the story arc and crafted thoughtful interview questions to guide the conversation.
To help the individuals and the caregivers feel at ease, we met with them the day before the shoot to build rapport—an essential step in creating comfort and trust on camera. With our documentary background, we filmed in their home with minimal gear to create a beautiful yet unobtrusive visual style.
